A Girl On Sunday
Hi, I’m Kiana — founder of Girl on Sunday Studio. (yup, thats me up there with a diaper on my head…)
I’m a self-taught creative with found a love and passion helping brands find their voice, shape their identity, and create something uniquely theirs. Over the years, I’ve worked with local businesses, creatives, and early-stage founders to bring ideas to life in ways that feel grounded, and real.
In 2020, I had the please to build my own business, Papaia, from the ground up. A challenging process, with some wins and a lot of failures, but through it all, I learned what it actually takes to launch something — not just creatively, but emotionally and practically. I understand the vulnerability of starting, the uncertainty, the excitement, and the weight of doing it on your own.
Girl on Sunday Studio exists to make the early stages of building a brand feel more accessible. My goal is to help entrepreneurs gain clarity, confidence, and direction so they can move forward knowing that what they’re building is possible and doesn’t need to be overly complicated.
At GOSS, the work is collaborative, hands-on, and rooted in real connection. I care deeply about the people behind the brands, the spaces they’re creating, and the stories they’re trying to tell, which is why I’m drawn to working with local clients within my community most. I’m at my peak inspiration when ideas are still forming and everything feels wide open and the possibilities are endless.
This studio is built on that moment — the beginning.
